Artisan 프로젝트는 각자의 분야에서 15년 이상 한길을 걸어온 장인들의 삶과 철학, 그리고 손끝에서 완성되는 공예의 가치를 기록하는 아카이빙 프로젝트입니다.

단순한 기술의 축적을 넘어, 한 사람의 시간과 태도가 쌓여 만들어진 창작의 세계를 깊이 있게 들여다보고자 합니다.

급변하는 시대 속에서도 묵묵히 자신의 자리를 지켜온 이들의 이야기는 우리에게 단단한 아름다움과 삶의 깊이를 전해줍니다.

Artisan 프로젝트는 그러한 장인정신을 단순히 기록하는 것을 넘어, 공예의 정신적 유산을 동시대의 언어로 다시 조명하려 합니다.

‘삶의 균형을 찾기 위한 방법’

‘Ways to find balance in life'

고대 그리스에서는 중요한 사항을 결정할 때 마다 신에게 조언을 얻는 신탁을 받는 것이 일반적인 관례였습니다. 그리고 이 신탁이 이루어진 곳이 바로 ‘델픽 Delphic’ 입니다. 고대 그리스인들이 고민의 시간을 마주했을 때 ‘델픽’을 찾아와 신의 메시지를 통해 해결해 나갔 듯이, 우리는 많은 사람들이 몸과 마음을 내려놓고 델픽의 차 한잔을 통해 삶 속의 균형을 발견하여 건강한 에너지를 느낄 수 있기를 희망합니다.

In ancient Greece, it was common practice to receive a trust from the god for advice whenever an important decision was made. The place where this oracle was formed was called 'Delphic'. Just as the ancient Greeks went to Delphic to solve the problems through God's message in times of agony, we believe that many people can rest their minds and bodies and discover the balance in life through a cup of Delphic's tea and hope to bring a healthy energy.

시대와 장소에 따라 모든 문화는 새로운 모습으로 변화하며, 이에 따라 차 문화도 다양하게 변화하고 있습니다.

우리는 차 문화 속에 오랜 시간 자리 잡고 있는 다양한 동서양의 구분이나 다도의 격식과 같은 경계를 넘나 들며 장벽을 허물고 누구나 쉽게 즐길 수 있는 차 문화를 이끌고자 합니다. 차를 편안하게 즐기며 개인의 취향과 기호에 맞게 자신 만의 차 문화를 완성해 나가는 것을 지향합니다.

Through time and space changes occur in all cultures, including the tea culture, which has also transformed over time in various ways. We are aiming to break down the barriers and lead an inclusive tea culture that anyone can enjoy easily by crossing the boundaries of the East and West division and the long-established culture of tea ceremony.

With an increase of interest in tea along with a shift in consumers' demand, tea is becoming a new cultural trend. However, there is still a threshold that exists as a part of the tea culture, acting as a barrier. Based on the curiosity of the first encounter with tea and the thoughts from all the tea experience in everyday life, we deliver tea that captures nature and the seasons with teaware that attains more value as time passes.
